We are seeking an experienced PDI / Deficiency & Service Technician to join our team and assist with the inspection, completion, and client turnover of 27 luxury custom homes in the sky in Toronto.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and understands that the smallest details can make the greatest difference. The successful candidate will conduct Pre-PDI inspections, complete deficiency and finish work, manage Post-PDI items, and ensure each residence is brought to the highest standard through final turnover.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury residential construction, PDI and deficiency work, drywall repairs, painting, finish carpentry, and general finishing, along with the professionalism and client-service skills required to work directly with discerning homeowners, site management, and trades.

Immediate opportunity | Compensation starting at $120,000 per year, based on experience
